Returns
We want our customers to be 100% happy. Returns for credit/exchange are subject to prior approval. We appreciate that trial and error is sometimes the best way to achieve a great result. All returns/exchanges must be discussed with Nold Trading Pty Ltd within 30 days of delivery. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer for returns and exchanges.
